1896 envelope bearing two examples of the 1d lilac issue together with a ½d vermilion issue paying the 2½d rate to Turks Island, West Indies, each being tied by the Speanbridge "680" double-ring datestamp for FE 28 96, with alongside a Turks Island arrival mark dated for MR 26 96. The reverse of the cover bears transit marks for Fort William and Halifax, Nova Scotia. A scarce and most attractive cover. Bov#197
