1895 Parcel Post label of "Strathpeffer (under Dingwall) bearing a 3d "Jubilee" issue being tied by the "Highland S.C." target type handstamp in black ink and dated alongside for JU 26 95. The Highland Sorting Carriage service began in July 1864 between Inverness and Aviemore; being extended to Perth in July 1870 and the North to Helmsdale in 1885. This is the only recorded example of this Parcel Post handstamp. Bov#387
