1918 Bradbury Wilkinson Printing, an envelope addressed to Winnipeg, Canada, bearing a 2/6d pale brown issue together with a 10d, ½d, and two 1½d booklet issues paying the registered rate, each being tied by the Gosport c.d.s. for 14 SP 28. The cover was carried on the “Isle de France” liner and sent via “Catapault Airmail” by an aeroplane launched from the ship to speed up delivery time. The front of the cover bears a Winnipeg arrival mark for SP 27 28. A rare and most unusual cover.
