Refund Policy
The buyer has the right to cancel a sale within seven days of their contract with Scotia Philately, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the buyer does cancel his/her order, they will have their payment, and return postage costs, refunded in full providing that the material is returned in the same condition in which it was sent to them, and mailed by a similar tracked postal service.
